Back-to-School Update for Returning Students

Each year, parents must update and/or validate their child's information in the Wyoming City Schools student database. Families must complete this update electronically to participate in the full offerings of Wyoming City Schools, including receiving student packets or schedules at pick up dates scheduled during the first week of August.


Sign on procedure:

Parents will log on once with the youngest student’s credentials to access all of the profiles for each enrolled child in the family.  Each child's profile must be updated individually but this single sign on feature allows easy access to each child in the family group.


To complete the process:

From the logon screen, enter the student credentials into the username and password fields. Please do not click the New Student Registration button - the New Student Registration button is intended for families registering for the very first time.

Your username and password will be as follows:

Username: The youngest student’s Six-digit Student ID number (starting with the number 2 - found on their report card or kindergarten letter). If you are in need of your student's ID number, please ask your student or contact Administrative Assistant Christy Gronas at

Password: Youngest student’s birthdate (MM/DD/YYYY) with the slashes plus the last four digits of Student ID # (for example: 01/01/19001234).


Frequently Asked Questions:

Below are some answers to some frequently asked questions that may be helpful as you go through the process:

Do I need to log on for each of my students?

No, with the system upgrade all students in a family will be available for review with a single sign on.  However, each student’s information must be reviewed to provide information that is specific for each child. This is critical for all items, especially emergency medical forms.

What if I have more than one student who shares the same birthdate (i.e. twins)?

Use the student Id number that is the highest chronologically for the username.

I did not review/edit all of the students in my family at one time.  How do I log in to complete the update?

Log back into the site using your youngest student’s credentials again to access any student profile you have yet to update. However, we recommend you complete the update for your student(s) at once.

Do I have to answer all of the questions?

Questions marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.

I don't know what a question is asking. How do I proceed?

I have completed the form, now what?

When you have finished reviewing/editing each your student’s profile information, click submit. If you cannot hit submit, you will need to make sure you have answered all required questions. Your student's information will now be "sealed" and you will not be able to make any further changes. 

For security reasons, then please Log Out and Exit your web browser when you are done.

Should you need to make a change to any information after it is sealed, please contact the main office for the building your student attends after it opens on Tuesday, July 27, 2021.

I need to change my address. What is required?

Address changes will require updated proof of residency documentation. Please complete the attached Student Address Form and submit this with proof of residency documentation to Administrative Assistant Christy Gronas at the Wyoming City Schools Central Office, 420 Springfield Pike.
