  • Carries out the duties and responsibilities assigned by the varsity head coach and/or athletic director
  • Assists the varsity head coach with team inventory and season awards
  • Attend staff meetings, clinics, camps, and other professional activities to improve coaching performance
  • Follows established procedures in the event of an athlete's injury
  • Performs home field duties before and after games and practices
  • Directing self-practices and games with the focus on improving skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
